Reimbursement Policy

The new reimbursement policy for AGA was approved at the 9th session of the IEB meeting. Participants eligible for the reimbursement are the official delegates from IAMU member universities in developing countries justified by UN criteria. Non-Refundable Registration Charges

Any payment made towards registration charges for the AMET AGA 2025 Conference is strictly non-refundable and non-creditable in the event of cancellation for any reason whatsoever.

Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend the conference, your registration may be transferred to another individual. Such requests must be made in writing and approved by the event organizing team. Please note that all transfers are subject to review and approval.

Event Cancellation by Organizers

In the unlikely event that the AMET AGA 2025 Conference is canceled by the organizers, we will provide information regarding possible next steps, which may include rescheduling or other alternatives. However, no refunds will be processed for any registration charges already paid.

Force Majeure Clause

AMET will not be held responsible for any cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other emergencies. Under such circumstances, registration charges remain non-refundable.

Agreement to Policy

By registering for the AMET AGA 2025 Conference, you agree to comply with this cancellation and refund policy. We encourage all participants to thoroughly review this policy before making any payments.
